This 2003 BMW M5 is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic over black leather and is powered by a 4.9-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car was delivered new to Dreyer & Reinbold BMW in Indianapolis, Indiana, and was acquired by the current owner in 2018.
The body is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic (354) and the roof, mirrors, grills, rear diffuser, and trim have been refinished in black. Features include a power moonroof, Vorsteiner vented carbon-fiber hood, Alpina rear spoiler, AC Schnitzer front splitters, aftermarket headlight rings, projector fog lights, and tinted windows.
Three-piece 19″ DPE forged wheels feature brushed centers and polished lips. Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires showing 2017 date codes are mounted at all four corners, and six-piston Brembo brakes are fitted up front. The suspension has been modified with KW Variant 2 coilovers along with Dinan sway bars and a Dinan front strut-tower brace. Work performed under current ownership is said to have included replacing the front wheel lips, control arms, and the brake lines and rotors.
The cabin features black leather seating surfaces and Alcantara trim has been added to the door panels, gear shift and handbrake boots, and sun visors. Equipment includes dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, an electric rear sunshade, a UUC short shifter, aluminum instrument trim, and aluminum pedals. The custom audio system features a Pioneer head unit, JL Audio subwoofers, and aftermarket amplifiers and cabin speakers.
The multi-function steering wheel has been wrapped in black Alcantara with tri-color stitching. Instrumentation includes a 185-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil temperature, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer has 65k miles.
The 4.9-liter V8 has been fitted with dual AFE air intakes, custom exhaust headers, high-flow catalytic converters, and an Eisenmann exhaust system. The seller states that the car was dyno tuned by Buckhead Imports in Atlanta, Georgia.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Service completed under current ownership is said to have included replacing the clutch and the driveshaft flex disc.
The window sticker lists factory colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $75,370. The car was featured in the November 2016 issue of Performance BMW Magazine.
