Previously finished in gold, the body was repainted in its current shade of green with a white roof during prior ownership according to the seller, who notes the rocker panels were repaired and the grille and bumpers were refinished at that time. Exterior features a windshield visor, a single side mirror, and fender skirts as well as Packard badging and Deluxe bodyside trim.
The steel wheels have been painted to match the body and are mounted with vintage-style wide whitewall tires. Chrome hubcaps with Packard branding are fitted, and a full-size spare is located in the trunk.
The interior is equipped with twin bench seats that were retrimmed in tan upholstery during previous ownership, and matching upholstery covers the door panels. Equipment includes a steering column-mounted shifter lever, hand-crank windows, and a push-button AM radio. Lap belts are equipped for the front and rear occupants, and the car is fitted with a heater.
The two-spoke steering wheel with a Packard-crest center cap fronts instrumentation consisting of a 110-mph speedometer, auxiliary gauges, and an analog clock. The five-digit odometer displays over 86k miles.
The 288ci L-head straight-eight was rebuilt during current ownership and produced 135 horsepower when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels via an Ultramatic automatic transmission. Additional maintenance is said to have included re-wiring the vehicle, installation of an alternator, rebuilding the carburetor and starter, flushing the fuel tank, performing a re-core of the radiator, and replacing the following components:
