This 1975 Alfa Romeo GT Junior Lusso is a European-market example that was acquired by the seller in the Netherlands in November 2016. A 2.0-liter inline-four with dual Weber carburetors was installed under previous ownership, and it is paired with a rebuilt five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is refinished in red over black and features shaved turn signals, side badges, and bumper mount holes, 15″ replica GTA wheels, a lowered suspension, and a custom grille. Parts replaced during current ownership reportedly included the engine mounts, rear exhaust section, fuel lines, fluids, and ignition components.
The car was refinished in red under previous ownership and is said to have been subsequently partially resprayed on the front-left fender and right side. Color differences are noted. Additional work has reportedly included replacing the window glass. The grille is said to have been sourced from a 1750 GTV and features a replacement chrome center and Alfa Romeo badging. The cabin features black vinyl seats along with matching door panels and carpets. The center console has been recovered in black vinyl, and additional equipment includes a wooden shift knob, a heater, wood trim, and an aftermarket Blaupunkt radio that is not connected.
The three-spoke wood-rimmed steering wheel frames Jaeger instrumentation consisting of a 240-km/h speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The gauges have reportedly been refurbished, and the fuel level gauge does not work. The five-digit odometer shows 9k kilometers (~5,600k miles).
The 2.0L twin-cam inline-four engine was installed under previous ownership and features dual Weber carburetors. Maintenance during current ownership has reportedly included adjusting the valves, ignition timing, and belt tension, tuning the carburetors, and replacing the following:
