Modifications include a 6″ lift, an aftermarket exhaust system, stainless-steel side steps, faux hood scoops, a windshield visor, a Lund cab fairing, a Hurst shifter, a Grant steering wheel, and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo. Maintenance performed under current ownership reportedly has included replacement of the radiator hoses, exhaust, headers, water pump, fuel pumps, timing chain, spark plugs and wires, distributor cap, power-steering pump, and brakes.
The truck is finished in Dark Canyon Red (51) with tan and white pinstriping. Features include a chrome front bumper, dual Western-style side mirrors, bright wheel-arch trim, diamond-plate mud flaps, steel Westin side steps, nonfunctional hood scoops, a chromed bug deflector, a windshield visor, a sliding rear window, and a diamond-plate rear step bumper. A body-color Lund RacerBack cab fairing spans across the front portion of the bed.
Chrome-finished 15″ aftermarket wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 Baja Champion tires measuring 33×12.5″ all around; the wheels and tires were installed in early 2021. The braking system reportedly received replacement front pads, rotors, and calipers as well as rear seals and stainless-steel lines. A Rough Country 6″ lift kit and shocks also have been installed, and the truck has power steering and power brakes.
The interior features two-tone red cloth upholstery on the bench seat, with matching door panels, headliner, dashboard, and carpeting. Additional features include air conditioning, crank windows, woodgrain trim, front and rear speakers, black rubber floor mats, a Hurst shifter, and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo. The dash is cracked above the front speaker, and a carpeted cover is shown in some photos. Unused window visors and a dash pad are included in the sale.
A wood-rimmed Grant 729 F/X steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer along with gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage. An aftermarket 8k-rpm tachometer has been mounted to the steering column. The five-digit odometer shows 65k miles.
The fuel-injected 302ci V8 produced 185 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque when new. Service performed since 2018 is said to have included replacement of the radiator, water pump, timing chain, belts, valve-cover gaskets, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, starter, starter solenoid, ignition control module and coil, and the power-steering pump and hoses. The fluids were changed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The headers and exhaust were installed by the seller. The driver-side fuel tank and its breather valve were replaced in April 2020, as were both fuel pumps and the reservoir assembly.
The removed AM/FM/cassette stereo, shift knob, and steering wheel are included in the sale, as are black bedliner and tailgate mats.
