This 1995 BMW M3 is said to have been acquired new in Germany by the first owner as part of BMW’s European delivery program, after which it was imported to California and subsequently acquired by the seller in 2013. The car is finished in black over gray micro-suede with patterned M fabric seat inserts and powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, an electric sunroof, cruise control, dual-zone climate control, an onboard computer, and an aftermarket CD stereo with a flip-out LCD screen.
The car is finished in black and equipped with aerodynamic bodywork, a rear spoiler, pop-out rear windows, aftermarket HID headlights and fog lights, an electric sunroof, and sport side mirrors. Replacement HID components along with the stock headlights are included in the sale. The Carfax report shows ‘minor damage’ to the front of the car in 2014, and the seller states the front bumper was repaired in 2014 due to contact with road debris.
Factory 17″ Style 22 wheels are mounted with 235/45 BFGoodrich g-Force Super Sport A/S tires with date codes from 2011 and 2014. Curb rash is noted on the wheels, and a matching spare with a Michelin tire is mounted beneath the trunk floor. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at all four corners.
The Vader front seats are trimmed in gray micro-suede with patterned fabric inserts along with a black dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Amenities include dual-zone climate control, a factory trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer, a power sunroof, an onboard computer, a Clifford alarm system, a Clarion DVD stereo with a flip-up LCD screen, and a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer. The factory stereo head unit is provided in the sale.
A four-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset economy gauge, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 72k miles, approximately 5k of which have been added by the seller. The seller notes that the headliner is sagging and that the tachometer and speedometer intermittently malfunction and lose signal. A replacement M3 instrument cluster is included in the sale which is said by the seller to show approximately 81k miles.
The 3.0-liter S50 inline-six was rated at 240 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque when new. According to the seller, the VANOS unit and lower timing chain tensioner were changed in June 2021. Fluid changes were completed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
